Online orders

 

Merchandise in original condition with packaging and tags, is eligible for a return within 10 days of receipt of order. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, lingerie, swimwear, books, magazines, electronics, gift certificates, candles and fragrances. All returns must be received within 14 days of return request to be eligible. 

Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. Acedarhaven is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges and duties from international orders are non-refundable.

Please email picks@acedarhaven.store for a Return Authorization. Always include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team. We will not accept returns received without a Return Authorization.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered for online purchases. We ask that merchandise is returned in its original condition and a new order must be placed for the preferred item.

Acedarhaven does not offer price adjustments on markdowns or promotions. All sales are final on markdowns, books, magazines, electronics, fragrances, beauty, intimates and swim.

Please allow 1-3 days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Acedarhaven reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

In-store purchases

 

Merchandise purchased at our retail store is eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with original sales receipt. Without receipt, all purchases are final sale.

Acedarhaven does not offer price adjustments on markdowns or promotions. All sale merchandise, preorders, personal orders, swimwear, lingerie, books, vintage and fragrances are final sale.
