Delivery Policy

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on destination and order weight/volume. All orders ship with tracking; you will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if any item in your order requires additional time.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

Address Changes

We are unable to modify the shipping address after the package has been dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately if you need an update before shipment.

Loss or Damage

For added protection, select the Delivery Guarantee option at checkout. If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Refunds of Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges and duties from international orders are non‑refundable. Any applicable refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
